What does your organisation do?
We provide a digital storytelling platform that aims to bridge the digital divide through life story work and long term person centred care, capturing the essence of a person through interaction with community based organisations for all age groups. Moments is utilised for digital journaling across health settings and as a digital memory box in palliative settings. Timelines is utilised for life story work and for digital heritage asset management. Journals is utilised in children’s residential settings. All three apps are live on The App Store and Google Play and utilised in real world settings.

Having a social impact means actively contributing to positive change in communities, fostering inclusivity, and addressing societal challenges to enhance the well-being of individuals and the collective. It involves purposeful actions that drive meaningful improvements in people’s lives and which promote a more equitable and sustainable future.
