At Charity Mentors, our mission is to provide voluntary sector leaders with effective mentoring and support to facilitate strategic thinking and skilful leadership, striving for a resilient voluntary sector in Oxfordshire. Our friendly mentors experienced in running an organisation, support not-for-profit managers, CEOs, Chairs and Trustees to think about the long-term development of their organisation, clarifying what the options are, exploring the best way forward and planning for the future. They don’t tell you the answers but help you to come up with the best decisions for your organisation, which helps you gain confidence in your leadership skills. And this is a free service!
