Alice Hemming – Co-op Futures

Alice has been part of working in and founding many place-based co-operatives and community businesses in Oxfordshire since 2015 and have firsthand experience of business and organisational development. Her strengths lie in providing flexible and tailored support to new start-ups including business planning, registration and financial forecasting. She has a particular interest in community assets and community-led housing projects.
Juliet Cornford – OSEP Non-Executive Director

Juliet has worked for over 25 years supporting social enterprises. In 2018 she was named as one of the top 100 women in SE (SE WISE 100). Working internationally for the British Council she supports the development of social enterprise through policy and government engagement and capacity building. She is the founder and former CEO of Social Enterprise Northern Ireland, leading the establishment of a representative body for the sector including establishment of the first ‘All Party working group’ for NI Assembly.
An experienced business advisor and coach to social enterprises and the third sector supporting a diverse range of organisations including credit unions, community owned village shops and public sector spin outs.
Rosie Jacobs – Independent Oxford

Rosie is Co-founder and Director of Independent Oxford, a membership organisation that supports and promotes independent businesses in Oxfordshire, with a mission to help more people realise the value and impact of local enterprise.
Rosie is passionate about community focused independent businesses and how they can help grow resilient local economies. Rosie works with businesses on marketing strategies and business development.
