What does your organisation do?
We provide office space and dedicated desks to organisations committed to making a positive impact around Oxfordshire, at our head office based here on Cowley Road. We are striving to create a more sustainable and inclusive local economy by supporting our tenants with affordable work spaces, as well as using renewable energy to power our buildings.
What does having a social impact mean to you?
To us, it means operating day to day in a way that consistently has a positive impact on the communities around us. Through fighting to keep our prices fair, we are able to facilitate environments that allow society’s third sector to thrive and achieve more.
As a result, we believe our tenants are able to carry out more of the impactful work that they do – who work across a wide range of sectors such as environmental protection, refugee rights, victim support, cost of living support, and much more.
Through a combination of dedicated centre management teams, breakout spaces for collaboration, and commitments to using renewable energy to power our buildings, we believe we can create ideal environments for some of society’s most important organisations to reach their goals.
