What does your organisation do?
Our mission is to hold land in trust for the provision of permanently affordable homes across the county. OCLT is a Community Benefit Society with charitable objects. Our rules include an “asset lock” so that these homes can never be sold on the open market and will remain affordable in perpetuity.
What does having a social impact mean to you?
For OCLT, having a social impact means creating a positive change in the community by addressing the housing crisis and providing sustainable living options. By making sure that everyone has access to affordable and secure homes.
