How did Tikka & Tadka start?

With a passion for cooking and to spread the taste of authentic home cooked Indian food both me and my husband Samiran started Tikka and Tadka. There are many regional cuisines in India which are very much unknown here in Oxfordshire and therefore to spread the word about proper Indian food we started Tikka and Tadka.

To delight, nourish our customers with healthy, quality and delicious food with excellent service at a reasonable price.

We have done a workshop conducted by eScalate and received very helpful information on how to operate on a day to day basis. 

What are the most rewarding moments you’ve had with Tikka & Tadka in Oxfordshire?

Starting from scratch is challenging for any business and our biggest win was when we started procuring our big catering orders with word spreading about our food.
